Presently TIBM is ministering among 'Eleven' churches, where "Ten" dedicated pastors are serving faithfully with great burden and hardship. All the churches and ministry is focused among the rural and outreached villages. Each church is having individual preaching points where more pastors are barely needed. As the congregation is centralized in rural areas and the members are agricultural laborers, the financial strength of each church is very poor. After the demise of Late. Mr. K Z M Santhi Raaz, TIBM is now being managed by his family members, Dr. K M Melchizedek as the new president of TIBM, and Mrs. Ramya Santhi Raaz as the treasurer.
